I tried to call the new one in Andersonville since that is closer, but after 11 minutes on hold, I hung up and rang the tried and true. I heart pizza.
Still the only Indian place that delivers, the Indian Gourmet is still well worth it...
Along with the rogen josh, chicken tikka masala, chana alu, alu gobhi, nan, and raita, we tried the keema alu do piaz. It's a ground beef affair that was really tasty (middle on left)...
Alex and I had a little take out while taking a break from gardening. I had the Basil Chicken; he had the Tom Yum Rice...

Indian take-out is rare in these here parts. The only one we know about is Indian Gourmet at 2916 W. Devon and you can order from 7/761-5751, but I've passed the place and they seem to be take-out only. The food is great...
We finally decided to try the Thai place on Devon and Magnolia called Blue Elephant...
It was ok. I would probably take it off the list if they didn't have an outdoor seating area. More info to follow (when it warms up)...
