Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome the Char-Griller Smokin' Pro 830! (That's square inches, if you were wondering.) I got down to seasoning it, but Alex and Sister said, "What about lunch?"
Did you notice the 830 square inches of cooking space? Can you see it?

After lunch, I used the heat from the seasoning session to smoke this rib roast...
I'll put this in sourdough sandwiches for the weekend. And, of course, I made dinner. Steak and potatoes on the grill, now you can't do that on a 364 inch Weber!
